Special d (Dennis Horstmann) , originaire de HAmbourg a toujours aimé la muisque , car dés 13 ans il prit des cours de piano.Avec son argent de poche et différents cadeaux il pu s'acheter plus tard tout un équipement pour s'installer un studio chez lui.IL a commencé son premier mix au club "cave" a HAmbourg.Il commenca ensuite a étudier pour obtenir un diplome d'ingénieur du son.Son premier single "come with me " fut un carton en mars 2003.
